Within Asia, we ship using LION Air Parcel. For Europe, the Americas, and other regions, shipments are handled by DHL or FedEx.

Duties & Taxes

All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that shipping fees paid at checkout do not include import duties, taxes, customs fees, or any other charges imposed by your destination country.

Any applicable duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon the shipment's arrival, as required by local customs authorities.

If customs charges are refused and the shipment is returned to TAZA, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs, customs fees, and other related charges incurred during the return process.
