Order Processing
Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed within 2–3 working days for payment verification, quality control, and packaging. Orders can only be shipped after full payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM Jakarta time on weekdays will be processed on the same day. Confirmations received after 3:00 PM Jakarta time will be processed on the next working day. For payments confirmed on Fridays, order processing will resume on Monday.
Please note that processing may take longer during periods of high order volume. Our processing hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Shipments are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Late Delivery & Package Lost
If your delivery experiences delays, we will do our best to assist in expediting the process. However, delays caused by courier services (JNE Express, DHL, etc.) or customs clearance are beyond our responsibility and are not eligible for refunds.
For delivery concerns or tracking issues, we recommend contacting the courier directly for the fastest resolution. In some cases, shipments may be prematurely marked as “delivered” or require additional address details, including an accurate postal code. Please notify us once you have contacted the courier so we can assist further if needed.
Pre-Order & Ready Stock
Most of our pieces are ready stock and ready to ship. However, due to limited availability, pre-orders may be opened for high-demand items.
Pre-Order System
Pre-order production takes approximately 3–4 weeks: 2–3 weeks for production, followed by quality control.
Purchase Limit
Due to limited quantities, each customer may purchase a maximum of 5 abayas per transaction. Other shopping rules may apply to best-selling or high-demand items.
Website Shopping Rules
- Each checkout is limited to a maximum of 5 (five) items.
- Full payment is required within 15 (fifteen) minutes.
- Shipments are handled exclusively by JNE. Instant couriers or in-store pick-up are not permitted. NOTE: Shipping methods cannot be changed for any reason after checkout is completed.
- Please ensure your address details, including district and postal code, are correct before proceeding to payment. Address changes are not allowed after checkout. Any request to modify the address after checkout will result in cancellation.
- Order shipping will be processed within a maximum of 2–3 days after purchase.
- Please ensure you have selected the correct item, color, and size. We do not accept any complaints related to personal errors in choosing style, color, or size (including return or refund requests).
- Kindly refer carefully to the size chart provided.
- All TAZA products are currently packaged without a box. If you wish to receive a box, please add the ‘Corrugated Box’ item to your cart before checkout. For orders without a box, products will be packed in a zip bag and will include a dust bag. For orders with a box, the product will include a dustbag and be packed in the corrugated box.
- The number of corrugated boxes added must match the number of products purchased.
- Customers are prohibited from intentionally holding stock. If stock-holding occurs more than twice, the associated account will be blocked by our system and restricted from placing future orders.
