Return & Exchange

  • Please record a continuous, unedited unboxing video when opening your package and immediately inspect the items received.
  • If you encounter any issues (incorrect color/size, overlooked thread or stitching defects, or size discrepancies beyond acceptable tolerance), kindly report to our Shopping Assistant within 48 hours of receiving the package with the unboxing video attached. We are unable to accept any complaints, returns, or refunds outside of these conditions.
  • For product return and exchange requests involving the same item, the product must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Replacement will be processed based on stock availability.
  • Returns are only permitted for the same item and must be sent back in its original condition: tags intact, unworn, unwashed, and not transferred to a third party.
  • Sale and markdown items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • For purchases made through third-party services (Personal Shopper/Jastip) or for resale purposes, please ensure all items are thoroughly inspected before being forwarded to another party. We cannot be held responsible for any issues once the items have been passed on.
  • Shipping costs from the customer to TAZA are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping for the replacement item will be covered by us. If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product shipped), we will cover the full shipping costs. For international orders, if the return is due to our error, shipping and customs fees will be covered by TAZA. For customer-related errors, all shipping and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We are committed to resolving all eligible complaints responsibly and promptly.
